We are looking to hire a --WASTEWATER--PROJECT ENGINEER II for our WALLINGFORD , CT office . The Wallingford Office of Metcalf Eddy is a dynamic engineering environment with significant growth opportunities located conveniently between Boston and New York and near New Haven and Hartford , CT.   There are challenging work opportunities for projects in this office as well as in support of our Boston and New York Offices however travel to these other offices is rare.   Our needs are for a strong technical PE with experience in wastewater process modeling preferably utilizing the Biowin modeling software and experience in completing studies and detailed designs of wastewater treatment plant and pump station facilities.   A project engineer works under the direction of a Project Manager to prepare studies and process models and schedule, organize, and supervise staff engineers and technical design discipline engineers in the completion of studies and detailed designs for our municipal and industrial clients.

Qualifications:

BS degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, MS a plus

P.E. registration

5-8+ years of experience in WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY DESIGN and or MODELING, STUDIES and CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
